At DC WIRELESS CELLPHONE STORE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Time Frame: You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom or personalized items
- Clearance items
- Opened or used screen protectors
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds will be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at sales@dcwireless.shop with your order details.
4. Repair Services
- In-Store Repairs: Repair services performed in-store are non-refundable. However, we offer a 30-day warranty on parts and labor for all repairs. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will repair it at no additional cost.
- Outside Repairs: For repair services performed outside, the same 30-day warranty applies. Non-warranty issues are not eligible for refunds.
5. Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Damaged During Shipping: If the item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to arrange a return or exchange.
